1/. The Party Leader must be 21 years of age or over and agrees to the booking terms & conditions. This shall be considered binding on behalf of all other persons intending to occupy the premises as party members.

 

2/. A booking will be considered valid when:

 

a/. The booking deposit of £100 has been paid. (£200 for stays of 28 days or more).This deposit is non refundable should the guest subsequently cancel the booking. If bookings are taken with less than 8 weeks to the date of stay, the the full rental payment is due.

 

The security deposit will be returned to the party leader no later than 14 days after the completion of the stay as long as no loss or damage is reported by the owners  Management Company.

 

b/. The owner has confirmed the booking in writing/email to the Party Leader.

 

3/. Full payment of the outstanding balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the stay. Failure to do so may result in owner cancellation of your booking.

 

4/. In the event of a guest wishing to cancel his booking he should inform the owner immediately by telephone and confirm this in writing. The following conditions will apply:

 

Cancellation 8-6 weeks prior to departure - the guest shall pay 25% of the total rental charge.

 

Cancellation 5-3 weeks prior to departure - the guest shall pay 50% of the total rental charge.

Cancellation 2 weeks or less prior to departure - the guest shall pay 75% of the total rental charge.

 

5/. The Owner reserves the right to cancel all bookings should circumstances beyond his control necessitate this. However this is an extremely unlikely event and all moneys paid will be refunded to the guest in this instance.

 

6/. The guest is responsible for any damage or breakages that may be caused to the property or its contents. All damage and faults caused or found at the property during the stay must be reported to our Management Company at the earliest opportunity. The Management Company will be the sole arbitrators on the cause of damage or loss. We reserve the right to retain some or all of the security deposit should this be necessary to cover the cost of any damage or loss and also to pursue recompense for any damage/loss caused should the value of the security deposit be exceeded.

 

7/. No liability shall be accepted by the Owner for loss of mains services, failure of appliances or any actions by others over which we have no control.

 

8/. For the comfort and safety of our guests smoking is not permitted within the home.

 

9/. No pets of any kind are allowed in the home.

 

10/. The home is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure (it is essential that the home is vacated by 10am, a £30 late checkout fee will be charged should the guest fail to comply).

 

11/. The Party Leader and all guests must agree to the following:

 

a/. To take all reasonable care of the property during their stay and leave it in a clean and tidy condition on departure.

 

b/. To permit the Owners Management Company and its agents reasonable access to the property to carry out any necessary maintenance operations.

 

12/. The Owners and their agents do not accept liability for death, personal injury, loss or damage to persons or personal effects (or 3rd party claims) however caused as result of this booking or subsequent holiday. All Guests are responsible for taking out adequate insurances to cover all risks during their stay. These conditions are applicable to any visitors to the property during the stay.

 

13/. Guests may use the Venetian Bay Village community facilities, but do so at their own risk. All guests must undertake to abide by any rules and regulations in operation when using these facilities. Safety rules posted should always be observed particularly with regard to the pool areas.

 

14/. The Owners or their agents cannot accept responsibility in respect of damage or changes caused by Force Majeure. For example - Strikes, floods, closure of Airports, weather conditions or any other event beyond our control.

 

15/. Due to state fire regulations under no circumstances must more than the number of persons identified on the booking form occupy the property. In any event the maximum occupancy is 6 persons. This must not be exceeded.

 

16/. A small safe is provided in the Master bedroom closet. Please do not lose the safe key as no duplicates are kept. Use of the safe is entirely at the guests responsibility and  risk. No liability will be accepted by the owner or management company should any losses be incurred.

 

17/. Guests cannot bring the following vehicles into  Venetian  Bay Villages complex; Buses (small or large), commercial vehicles, trailers, and vehicles that display different forms of advertisement, this includes any logo's or company names and addresses.

 

18/. Guests should be aware that the home is not registered with US Mail and therefore does not receive any mail deliveries.

19/. Should the guests move any furniture during their stay the items must be returned to their original positions before the guest departs otherwise additional cleaning charges may be incurred which would be passed on to the guest.
