1. You will need adapter plugs for appliances (UK). These can be bought in the electrical shops or gift shops on the US 192 at a cost of $3-4 approx.

2. The 'Osceola Parkway' goes straight to Walt DisneyWorld and is much quicker than the US 192. A 'toll charge' of $1.50 each way is made.

3. Wal-Mart is only 5 mins in the car (US 192) but there is also another Wal-Mart travelling East on the Osceola Parkway about 10 minutes drive away.

4. Use the' money off-vouchers' found in various shops on the US 192 or Wal-mart, for restaurants and shops whilst in Kissimmee - most restaurants found along the US 192 take them.

5. Visit 'GayLord Palms hotel' - it is definately worth a look round. Car parking is free when you eat /drink in one of the restaurants and get your ticket stamped. At Christmas they have a beautiful 'ice sculpture' attraction.

6. Disneys 'Boardwalk' is also not to be missed. There is a lake with various disney hotels along the 'shore' and also has very good restaurants - excellent for an evening stroll. You can also access Epcot from here into the world pavillion area. Car parking is free although passport/id is required.
